1. Welcome to The Silver Bullet^TM. Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc. hereinafter referred to as “The Silver Bullet^TM” is a newsletter service that provides this website for subscriber information and newsletter service.  We hope you'll enjoy and participate in the many services introduced on our site but first things first: By using our service, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions without any exceptions or modification. If you don't wish to be bound by what you read below, you shouldn't register with SilverBulletXpress.com. We may change these terms at any time but will notify you in advance of any material changes; your continued use of Silver Bullet^TM means that you accept any new or modified terms and conditions. So please check back here from time to time.
    
2. Subscription to The Silver Bullet^TM carries a one-time subscription fee of $2,495. However, if a potential subscriber of The Silver Bullet^TM provides proof that he or she is an active student of a school, academy or any type of institution that teaches how to trade any type of financial instruments, their subscription fee will be discounted and they will only be required to pay $1,995 ($500 Discount) for their membership, if they choose to pay the one-time subscription fee. There is also a maintenance fee for The Spider Calculator. ALL LIFETIME SUBSCRIBERS, THAT JOINED AFTER 11/08/08, MUST PAY $5.00 EACH MONTH FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THEIR SPIDER CALCULATOR. You can pay this monthly fee by signing up through our online PayPal account. Please understand that you do have a choice in paying this monthly maintenance fee, but if you choose not to pay, you will not have access to The Spider Calculator. 
    
3. Subscription fees can be paid by credit card, debit card or through a checking account.  In the event that a subscriber cannot pay the entire Life-Time Subscription fee at once, a Monthly Subscriber's Plan is available for $129.95 per month. No fees paid on the Monthly Subcriber's Plan will be applied toward the Life-Time Subcription Fee.
    
4. For billing purposes, Subscriber agrees to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity, billing and shipping information.  Should the subscriber’s information change; it is the responsibility of the subscriber to notify Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc. immediately.
    
5. I understand that there are three main components of The Silver Bullet^TM
    
   a. The Silver Bullet^TM Package – The Option Traders Starter Kit
   b. The Silver Bullet^TM Express – A daily newsletter 
   c. The Spider Calculator^TM – An Option Traders Calculator 
    
6. Subscriber agrees that a subscription to The Silver Bullet^TM will provide the following:
   
   a. Free Options Trader’s Starter Kit 
       1. All Seven Volumes of the “Trading By The Numbers Workbooks.” 
       2. “Your Brokerage Account” DVD 
       3. Silver Bullet^TM Overview DVD
   
   b. Access to “The Spider Calculator^TM.”
   c. Lifetime access to The Silver Bullet^TM Express – A Daily Newsletter
   d. LIfetime access to The Silver Bullet^TM Alert Services – A Daily Alert Service
   e. Lifetime access to all Online Trading Café – A webinar 
   f.  Lifetime access to all Online Evening Research – A webinar i. Lifetime access to all Weekly Trading Hotline Calls - A Conference Call 
   g. Lifetime access and admission to all Live Options Trading Seminars
    
7. Subscribers understand that they are entitled to a Full 100% Iron Clad Guarantee. If subscribers do not earn at least a 20% return after their first 10 trades from The Silver Bullet “Guaranteed Picks” they will receive an immediate refund of all fees paid to The Silver Bullet Express Newsletter Service, Inc. In order to qualify for a refund the subscriber’s first 10 trades must be traded consecutively.  The subscriber must provide proof of ownership of the brokerage account in question. Subscribers must provide the “Analysis” and Activities” page showing activities from the opening of the account up to the current date. If qualified subscribers will receive an immediate “ Full Refund’.  Receipt of a refund automatically cancels the subscriber’s subscription to the Newsletter Service.  The terms of this guarantee herein these terms and conditions are conclusive and there are no other guarantees whether expressed or implied concerning The Silver Bullet^TM.
    
8. The Silver Bullet^TM provides a broad range of information, services, and commentary. While we strive to provide quality content, we can't and we don't warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content found in our areas, or its usefulness for any particular purpose. And although we have the hardest-working, most talented traders/writers in the business, The Silver Bullet^TM also makes no promises that our content or the service itself will be delivered to you uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
   
   
9. One of our principle tenets at SilverBulletXpress.com is that the best person to handle your finances is YOU and by your use of our service, you're agreeing that you bear responsibility for your own investment research and investment decisions. You also agree that SilverBulletXpress.com will not be liable for any investment decision made or action taken by you or others based upon reliance on news, information, or any other material published by The Silver Bullet^TM. SilverBulletXpress.com relies on various sources of information that we believe to be accurate and reliable. However, we make no claims or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or truth of any material contained on our site.
    
10. No content associated with The Silver Bullet^TM may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc.
     
11. The Spider Calculator^TM may be utilized on the Internet for the Subscriber’s personal, non-commercial use only.  
     
12. The purchase of one subscription entitles the Subscriber to access the Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service exclusively.  The subscriber cannot modify any content or transfer the material to another person or entity.
     
13. Subscriber agrees that the dissemination of the information received from The Silver Bullet^TM is forbidden and will be a direct violation of these terms and conditions.  The Subscriber agrees that violations of this agreement will be grounds for immediate cancellation of entitlement to all Silver Bullet^TM products and services as well as additional punitive action if necessary.  Attempts to copy or otherwise duplicate the content, layout, functions, images and all other materials associated with The Silver Bullet^TM is strictly forbidden.  Violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation, which will forfeit all fees paid to Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc. Violators will also be subjected to paying punitive damages when permitted by law.
     
14. Any infringement of these terms and conditions entitles Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc. to the recovery of actual damages, court cost, attorney fees, other costs and lost profits. It is hereby agreed that the minimum recoverable damages that is payable to Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc. by any violator of these terms and conditions is $10,000.
     
15. The Subscriber understands Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service Inc, The Silver Bullet^TM Express, The Silver Bullet^TM Alert Services or any other entity that has any association with it is neither a registered investment advisor nor a broker-dealer.  All content, regardless of the form of distribution is issued solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be construed as an offer to buy or sell any security.  The opinions and information offered by The Silver Bullet^TM is not intended to be used as the sole basis of any investment decision; nor should they be construed as advice designed to meet the investment needs of any particular subscriber.  Subscribers should always consult with their own financial advisor, tax professional, accountant and/or attorney when seeking individual investment advice.  
     
16. The content provided by Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service Inc. is based on research and software believed to be reliable and accurate at the time of publication. However, Silver Bullet^TM Express Newsletter Service, Inc. is not liable for any errors or delays in the transmission of content or data.
    
17. All Silver Bullet^TM content utilized by the Subscriber is at the Subscriber’s own risk except for the provisions of the guarantee provided herein these terms and conditions.
     
18. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid, unenforceable, or nonsensical, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Alabama (except with respect to choice of law). You agree that the proper forum for any claim arising under this Agreement will be in Jefferson County or the appropriate Alabama state court.
     
19. These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between The Silver Bullet^TM and Subscriber and anything outside of this agreement whether expressed or implied is hereby nullified.
